Dr. Sheri
Wood
grew up in the Newark, DE area and graduated from the University of
Delaware with a BA in Biology. She then went on to graduate in 1996
from The Ohio State University School of Veterinary Medicine. She
practiced at Kirkwood Animal Hospital and Windcrest Animal Hospital
before coming to practice at Animal Haven in January 2007. She is
married and has 2 children – a son and a daughter. She currently has a
domestic long haired cat (named Tickle Bug) and a cockapoo (named
Oliver) plus a deaf Australian shepherd (named Libby). Her hobbies
include scrapbooking, hiking, camping, and going to the beach. She
performs neuters at Delaware SPCA one day a week. She enjoys the
comfortable environment at Animal Haven that allows her to practice the
high level of compassionate care she always strives to provide to her
patients and their families. |

Dr. Charlotte
Fagraeus
grew
up in many different places, starting in Stockholm, Sweden then North
Carolina, Oklahoma and finally in Delaware. She graduated from Cornell
Veterinary School in 1994, having previously graduated from Duke University
with a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Comparative Literature. She practiced
at Kirkwood Animal Hospital and Animal Veterinary Center before starting
Animal Haven Veterinary Center. She is currently single but she began the
wonderful role of motherhood in 2007 through the gift of adoption, being
blessed with a daughter. She also has 2 "children" of the four-legged
variety - a cat and a
Bernese Mountain Dog. Her personal interests include
traveling, skiing, reading, cross-stitching, and spending time with friends
and family. She loves Animal Haven and the fact that it allows her to make
a difference in the lives of companion animals and the people who love them.

Dr. Nancy
Brady
grew up in Johnstown, PA, and graduated from the University of
Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1995, having previously
received a B.S. in biology from Elizabethtown College. She practiced at
the Glasgow Animal Hospital and Animal Veterinary Center before starting
Animal Haven Veterinary Center. She is married and has 4 children (twin
daughters and 2 sons). Because of allergies in one of her children, the
family’s 3 cats live at Animal Haven and will graciously greet you when
you are there!!! She loves being a mom and feels extremely blessed by
her family. Dr. Brady has an interest in marine mammal medicine and
enjoys photography, crafts, and coaches a local girls’ volleyball team.
She also performs feral cat neuters for the Delaware Humane Association
as time permits. She is extremely proud of Animal Haven and the high
level of compassionate care the hospital provides to its patients and
their owners. |
